Ever had a song stuck in your head.... I got one stuck this morning.... hummed it... then sung it under my breath and then started singing out very loud to the complete wonder of my littles.... the thing is .... it was one of those great learned as a kid songs.....

The Ants Go Marching song..... love it.... isn't it just too fun to let your hair down so to speak and have fun with your kids!!!!

Lots of work done today...

How wonderful it is to get the work you plan finished..... today I have gotten the laundry done (I know there will be more tomorrow, but the feeling of it tonight is worth it!) the bathroom and kitchen clean and the kids are in or going shortly to bed..... this day has been good!

Col 3:17 (ESV) And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Isa 62:3-5 (ESV) You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of the LORD, and a royal diadem in the hand of your God. You shall no more be termed Forsaken, and your land shall no more be termed Desolate, but you shall be called My Delight Is in Her, and your land Married; for the LORD delights in you, and your land shall be married. For as a young man marries a young woman, so shall your sons marry you, and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.

How can we deny HIS proclamation of unfailing love. HE has given us a new name. HE has made us HIS delight. If HE so rejoices in us ...... how can we not but rejoice in HIM.

Wow, Has it been nearly a year....

I started this blog hoping for it to be a very much posted to blog.... shortly after I opened it and posted the first couple of entries my life turned upside down..... now I am settled and would like to post once more. God has been so good to me and my family during this past year even through all hardships we have had to bear. I hope to be here more often and will post on many different things.... but I want my focus to always be on the inheritance that is awaiting me.
